To the OWNER: U may want to re-think the way you & yr workers charge 4 looking & checking every single thing that is discussed that should be done or might have yo be done when your labor cost is suppose to be charged based on an hourly labor fee. I was shocked wen this will cost that n that will cost this BEFORE even looking at the car. STOP throwing #'s at us while we know perfectly well that u all r on the clock from the moment our car rolls in!
