I had a bad tire July 4 weekend, and they put on my spare for free. Plus, in 2 seconds they diagnosed the cause of my car’s vibrations (the Hyundai dealer in Burlington charged me $150 but gave me no diagnosis). Plus, while I was waiting I heard the owner on the phone with a customer who was debating whether to get some repairs done on an old car. He didn’t pressure them at all, just provided options. Great customer service!
