I am not from the area, actually from a different state just on vacation. AAA sent my dodge durrango here after breaking down at the start of our vacation. Even though my bill wAs such a drain on my vacation and life, the professionalism and knowledge of every single worker there made it a little less painful. Joe was so kind on the phone and kept me updated the whole time. When I went in to pick my truck up and questioned what something was, the young men there were patient with me, understood my concerns and explained everything to me with pictures! I could go on and on about how fantastic this customer service was. And their knowledge of cars was impressive!!! Mechanics have a bad rap and I have had so many bad experiences. Wish you guys were closer to me, you would be my go to! Thank you all again! Wish I knew all your names to personally thank you.

Better service than with the dealerships that didn’t fix the problem before. Took me right away - offered a ride home - solved the problem - took time to explain and show - got the car back in a day - very reasonable cost for the service. I would and will return.
