They were very professional and forthright with their expectations of what was needed vs what could be postponed. They provided visual records of problem areas and provided upfront pricing. A loaner car was offered since mine would be out of commission for a few days, and I thought that was a very nice offer! I highly recommend their services, my car and I thank them!
